Sunshine 5K

This will be my first 5K!
I wasn't sure I could do it, but I've been working hard all Summer, first walking, now running on trails, around bogs, at the Y and high school tracks and I'm ready!
I couldn't think of a better preschool than the Sunshine School in E. Milton.
Both of my children have thrived at this little school!
We have worked hard the last 2 years and volunteered a lot of hours to help plan this 5K fundraiser.

This race will be a great personal accomplishment for me!!!.. and also support an awesome preschool in E. Milton, the Sunshine School!

About Sunshine 5K
Now in its second year, the Sunshine 5K is a family-friendly run and walk benefiting the Sunshine School, a local preschool that for the past 36 years has provided a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for countless young children to explore their potential as joyful, curious, and caring learners. Through this great community event, the Sunshine School hopes to reach its fundraising goal of $8,000 in 2015. Though the school relies almost exclusively on tuition to cover operating expenses, we have kept our rates comparatively low, in order to make our preschool experience accessible for as many families as possible. Fundraising is therefore central to our ongoing effort to offer fun and exciting events and activities for our children, and to cover costs necessary for keeping our school such an inviting place to learn and play. As a result of this fundraising campaign, we also hope to substantially increase our scholarship funds available to families who request tuition assistance.
